the life cycle of a BODY by dainy sawatzky garment starts as an inspired moment in the imagination of head designer Dainy Sawatzky. from concept, to illustration, to pattern then toille; the emerging design has already passed through the hands and thoughts of a team of talented people, all leaving their individual stamp on the creation.

the choice to keep production of all our collections 100% in australia is a challenge we are committed to. we are able to maintain our philosophy that our clothing should be attainable by creating a timelessness in every piece that goes beyond fleeting trend. hand made elements, hand dyed colour palettes and quirky features set the BODY by dainy sawatzky signature.

once the garment has 'come to be' we feel just as strongly about how it 'comes to you'. our boutiques are choosen for their unusual and inspiring locations and reflect our belief that the shopping experience should be as sincere and enjoyable as the clothing itself.
