Returns and Exchange Policy

BODY strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If you are unhappy with an item you may return or exchange the item within 14 days from you receiving your items, this is valid for full priced items and those purchased as "Pre-Order". Sale items may be exchanged within 7 days but there is strictly no refund on sale items.

You must pay return postage/carriage on the article except if the item is defective whereby we will cover carriage expenses. Item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached and with original receipt.

Delivery/Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days. If you have purchased an item on "Pre-Order" you will receive an email notifying you that the item has arrived and will be shipped within 2-7 business days. The carrier will be Australia Post with the delivery option chosen by the customer when ordering. International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
